TERMS OF SERVICE and GDPR Compliance Information



This service is operated by Sollevarsi SOCIAL (also known as Sollevarsi Social or SS in this document), a subsidiary of Sollevarsi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sollevarsi Social. Sollevarsi Social offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. This includes compliance with the GDPR, which we try in earnest to comply with.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our service. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website or our service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace and integrated with Memberspace. Together, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Please read these Terms carefully before setting up an account with Sollevarsi Social.

GDPR Compliance

In an effort to meet GDPR compliance for our EU accounts, please note the following. By creating an account, you are explicitly entering into a contract with Sollevarsi. This will be stated in detail here and explicitly at the location of your sign-up.

There are three different levels of an account. These include a free account, business plan, and personal plan.


We maintain the right to deny our service to anyone for any reason. In most cases of denial of service, our service is build for businesses and brands and not intended for individuals looking to boost vanity metrics, though we encourage you to do so with other services. Our clients have websites and sell goods or cultivate a personal brand to influence and build a community. We also refuse service when the moral and ethical center of our own enterprise does not sufficiently align with the purpose inherent in your goals. Furthermore, we do not work with anyone whose content we would not feel comfortable posting on our Instagram. This is our sole discretion and we will exercise it as needed. If you have any concerns, we can review your Instagram prior to subscription by reaching us at support@sollevarsisocial.com.

Free Information Only Accounts: We have free information only accounts which include our Members-ONLY Lab (formerly Members-ONLY blog). Enrollment in one of these accounts using our Memberspace integration, an email opt-in, or free download is a contract by which we agree to share with you the targeted information you requested such as a free e-book in exchange for your email address with the understanding that we will send you more information about our product, service, and company aimed at educating you on what we can do to help your business or brand grow. You can opt out by unsubscribing at any time. You can also contact support@sollevarsisocial.com to request information or request removal. We will not use your email address in any other way.

Business and Personal Plan: Our Business and Personal plan is a managed service by which you enter into a contract exchange of a monthly subscription fee for one of our managed service plans where we use our proprietary organic traffic strategy to grow your business and brand on Instagram. You can opt out by cancelling at any time via our Memberspace integration and the account management section of your online dashboard. You can also contact support@sollevarsisocial.com to request information or request cancellation manually. We will not use your email address in any other way. During each of these plans, we will collect additional information from you during our Entrance Interview and shortened version for the personal plan. This information will help us understand your business and brand in order to customize our growth strategy around your business or brand. All of this information will be kept safe and secure within the security systems of each of our related integrations. These include Mailchimp and ConvertKit for email and information management. Memberspace for account management and secure custom web dashboard protection. Stripe for payment processing, monthly billing, and cancellations.

It is up to you to read the Sollevarsi Social “What You Can Expect” guide before joining our service. By joining Sollevarsi Social, you agree that you have read the guide and agree to follow these guidelines.

Payments: Our service is billed at the beginning of a monthly period. Cancel at any time. See cancellation and refund policy below. Payments are made automatically each month your account remains active. Your account remains active until cancelled on our website in account management. Our service uses Stripe as a payment interface. Learn more here.

Cancellation: Our service uses account/subscription management through Memberspace. To cancel your subscription, you agree to log in to your account (linked on our website), and select to cancel your current subscription. You can email us billing@sollevarsisocial.com if you have any issues or problems. Email requests to cancel your account do not guarantee cancellation. You agree to cancel your subscription, should you wish to, on our website. Failure to cancel your account manually on our website will forfeit your right to a positive judgement if you dispute charges to your card.

Refunds: Our service is billed at the beginning of your monthly period. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the billing period and discontinued on your renewal date. You will not be charged for your next month upon cancellation. To continue after cancellation, a client can re-subscribe at any time by logging in, providing a valid payment source, and activating a new subscription plan. No refunds will be provided for active accounts. No refunds.

Sollevarsi Social is not affiliated with Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, or any third-party partners in any way.

Our product is a managed service on Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest.

All logos and trademarks for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook remain their respective property. Sollevarsi Social makes no claim on their products, services, brand, logos, or trademark. Logos, trademark, and name are used for informational and identification purposes. 

It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook rules and terms of service and any legislation that you are subject to. Follow these best practices to help ensure your compliance.

We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We’ve been doing this for years with no major issues, but we must state our liability clearly in the Terms of Service. We are not liable if your Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook account is blocked or banned for any reason. You own your IG and all activity done on it. Our account managers are experienced in the limitations and terms of service that Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook have set in their systems. It is our goal to help you stay within activity limitations safely and securely growing your account. However, Sollevarsi Social maintains no liability for the status of your account.

Sollevarsi SOCIAL is also not responsible for interruptions caused by changes to Instagram. We work on the Instagram platform and are not in control of any changes to Instagram or how they may effect the execution of our strategy. No refunds will be offered for any outages or interruptions due to Instagram changes or issues with executing our strategy on Instagram.

We require your Instagram or Twitter username and password to perform various tasks for account management purposes towards social growth. We will use this information daily to log into your account as well as to access information for your Rise Up Dashboard. This information will housed securely within Mailchimp servers. For more on their security, visit here. We will not share, give away, or otherwise distribute your password or any of your data to any third parties. You may contact us at any time to notify us of a change to your account username/password. Contact us (help@sollevarsi.com) for information on how we keep your information secure.

You agree by registering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.

The growth rate and amount of followers or level of engagement is not guaranteed in any way. Read our client examples in Testimonials and on our homepage for their experience. Growth depends on numerous factors including the quality of your content. Sollevarsi Social’s processes have been shown to grow the accounts of our customers. 

We bring attention of real users to your profile and content, but we can't protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers entirely. We do our best and succeed in minimizing this inauthentic and spammy behavior from effecting your IG. It's not possible to stop them 100% of the time, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself. Inactive followers will be dropped in our unfollow processes. Spam or fake accounts can remain active. If you see them, unfollow them. Just don't exceed the limits set forth in our Guide for New Customers

We can't guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of Sollevarsi Social. We will do our best though and have redundancies built into our service.

You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute of any kind.

You also agree that joining our service gives Sollevarsi Social the right to share any publicly available information about your account on our Instagram and in our Testimonials section. This includes your Instagram account profile, the URL your Instagram is located at, and information such as the numbers of Followers your account has when you start with us and currently. We want to share your success with others so they too can grow their businesses and brands on IG. We won’t share any confidential information, ever. Please contact us at support@sollevarsisocial.com if you have any special requests or issues.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain on for the remainder of the service term you have paid for, in the case of partial months or annual agreements. You keep all of the Followers we have added up to that point. You can re-subscribe at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

It is your sole responsibility to check whether our Terms have changed.

Sollevarsi Social does not tolerate spammy activity with Sollevarsi Social or on Instagram. If you are using spammy usernames or creating multiple new accounts to continue to use any free trial offers or other spam-like activity, you will be banned from using Sollevarsi Social and can use one of our competitor's spammy automation services all you like. Seriously, be cool.
